3. User-Generated Content

Users may submit and/or upload content, including text and images (e.g. identification documents such as passports, licenses, and national IDs). By uploading content, you confirm you have the legal right to do so and you grant us the right to use that content solely for the purpose of providing services within the App.

The App does not offer:

In-app purchases
Subscription plans
The ability to buy goods, items, or services

6. Ownership of Content

All content and trademarks presented by Support Finance (such as the logo, visual design, and brand elements) remain the property of Support Finance Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.

7. Promotions

Support Finance does not currently offer any contests, sweepstakes, or promotional campaigns.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any unlawful or prohibited activity while using the App.

Support Finance Pty Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App or any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via the App or our website. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
